FAQs1- What payments methods are available to make a purchase?

We accept payments thru Visa, Mastercard, American Express and also Paypal.  

2- How long does delivery take?

The normal delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. However, in certain situations due to the high demand for custom products, please allow a delay of up to 6 weeks.  This may also happen in times of high demand like particular events, shows, or Christmas. If for some reason, your order does not get delivered, please contact our support team at  [email protected]

3- How can I track my orders and the payment?

A tracking number is provided to you via email and you may check its status on our shipping status page.  

4- Why do I see “Package Delivered” but  I haven’t received it yet?

These are due to the delivery issues mainly caused that no one was available to receive the package.  You can contact them at (800) 275-8777 to get the status of your package.

6- Where is your physical location?

7- How does the promo codes/ discount codes work?

At the checkout, you can add your promo or discount codes. Remember, that codes only work at the time of checkout.

8- How can I purchase for wholesale? Are there any special wholesale rates?

Yes, we give special discounts on wholesale purchases but only on the orders worth $750 or above. But, you won’t get the wholesale offers directly from the store. For that, you’d have tocontact us through the page before placing wholesale orders.

The average response time for your request is 48hrs as we’ll have to check the availability of stock on the items you want to purchase.
