1- I've received few of my ordered items, but not all of them?

We take orders and ship to you from different warehouses located across the globe. We attempt and try to make sure that the items you order are sent from the closest warehouse to your location, but still, not every item is available in every warehouse. We do attempt our best to get that going, however storing 1800+ items, stored in 4-5 distinct areas across the globe isn't generally conceivable, which is why shipments have to be made from diverse areas. This is the reason why some items take more time to deliver in contrast with other items. Rest guaranteed you will get the same item you ordered.

2- Why my tracking number is not working?

The tracking number work superbly on local requests. For global delivery, we give our best to work with your nearby dispatch services, however, some of the time they don't update the whereabouts of the request in our store’s system. The estimated delivery time for international orders is around 20 to 40 days after your order has shipped out.

Our humble request from you is to be patient and give us the time required to deliver your valuable order. However, If your tracking number is not working for the local orders then please contact us and we’ll get it solved for you.

3- The tracking number says my order is being delivered, yet I haven't got my order?

Every domestic order delivery is handled by the USPS. We deliver the order to them so it turns into their duty to deliver your order in time. However, If you haven’t received your order then kindly get in touch with them at (800) 275-8777 to locate the correct location of your parcel.

Same is the case for worldwide orders. If the tracking number you have says delivered then kindly contact your local post office to find out the location of your package.
